when relationships dont work out.u feel sad and are left with memories of good times. what to do with those memories when present has become so bitter.they trouble you and u feel depressed.the key is to first understand yourself and control yourself.moving on is very difficult but not impossible.manya times it happens that your patner ahs moved on to a new relationship.that hurts u more.try to busy yourself in activities to divert your mind.

today i went to a Aadi,a socitey helping disabled mangae their lives. caiught in the routine of daily life ,i wasa bit streseed.On rception i met Pankaj ,a youth with disability in both legs.yet he was working and helping fully able peopel like me in cheerful manner with no complaints at all.that made me feel how postitive is pankaj is towards life.his attitude made me smile .wish we have more peopel like him in the world who learn to live despite their fallouts and are leading normal lives.
