Hope

When all about you is black with gloom,
And all you feel is pending doom.
When your bones are racked with grim despair -
When every breath is a gasp for air.
Keep on going, though you need to grope,
For around the bend is a ray of hope.

A ray of hope is perhaps all that's left,
As your will to live has been bereft.
You've lost it all, it's just no use!
You can end it all, you need no excuse.
But throw away that piece of rope,
And give yourself a chance of hope.

Just give yourself another day,
Brushing aside what your thoughts may say.
This is your life and you can make a new start,
By ignoring the brain - just follow the heart.
Taking baby steps in order to cope,
And minute by minute you'll build on your hope.

Build on your hope,. one day at a time,
Though the road be steep and hard to climb.
The hurts of the past - they should be dead.
The fears of the future are all in your head.
Just live in the present and refuse to mope
Your life will sparkle for you're living in hope.

TAKE A BREAK

Man checked into a hotel. There was a computer in his room, so he decided to send an e-mail to his wife.
However, he accidentally typed a wrong e-mail address, and without realizing his error, he sent the e-mail.

Meanwhile....Somewhere in Houston, a widow had just returned from her husband's funeral.
The widow decided to check her e-mail, expecting condolence messages from relatives and friends.

After reading the first message, she fainted. The widow's son rushed into the room, found his mother on the floor,
and saw the computer screen which read:

To: My Loving Wife

Subject: I've Reached

Date: 19 August 2006

I know you're surprised to hear from me. They have
computers here, and we are allowed to send e-mails to loved ones.

I've just reached and have been checked in.

I see that everything has been prepared for your arrival
tomorrow.

Looking forward to seeing you TOMORROW!

What is the thing that helps you in time sof taruma.for my persoanl experience i can say it is
spritiual quest.It is god who accepst us whatever we are ,as we are his caretion.If u have god on your side you are saved from alot of mental troubles.It gives peace and you learn to accept present situations as they are.It is difficult but not impossible.accepatnce of present day truth is the msot important thing in moving on.In voving yourself in some gainful works helps a lot.it save smetal uneasyness and also helps in avoiding irritaing behavior.when contrsuctively busy you avoid
troubling others.If you have any questions then go to God .he answers all your questions .when u get all answers to your questions ,you learn to move on.

after a trauma ,when u begin to see the light of life ,what is the first thing that coems to u -it is peace.peace in mind gives contenment to the soul and tired mind.once u have peace everything else follows.at this satge.it is important that u hold on to peace and move ahead.coz if u dont move ahaed now you wont be able to move ahead ever.its important to move ahead.
